What is Cranberry Fluff?
Cranberry Fluff is a vintage dessert like “salad” that makes a great sweet side dish to dinner or even as an after dinner light dessert.
It’s an old fashioned favorite that’s still enjoyed by millions every year, especially around the holiday season.

What else can I add to this Cranberry Fluff?
This fruity salad is very versatile. You can sub out the chopped pecans for walnuts or leave them out altogether. Likewise, if you don’t want the chopped apples, try seedless grapes instead.
In addition, try adding in some unsweetened coconut flakes.
Switch it up to the flavors you and your family prefer.
How to make Easy Cranberry Fluff
Add cranberries to a high speed blender or food processor and blend up until cranberries are chopped into small pieces. Don’t over blend or you’ll end up with mushy cranberries.
Next, grab a bowl and spoon chopped cranberries into it. Cranberries are naturally tart and because of this you’ll want to add some sugar to it. Stir mixture. Cover and chill in fridge for about 3 hours so cranberries can marinate in the sugar and get sweeter.
There will be a little liquid from the cranberries and sugar, drain it and add in the rest of the ingredients minus the whipped topping. Stir to combine.
Last, fold in the whipped topping until everything is combined well. Chill for at least an hour or until ready to serve.
You can add in extra mini marshmallows and chopped pecans to the top before serving, if desired.
How to store properly
This Easy Cranberry Fluff won’t last long, trust me. But, in the case you do have leftovers it will last up to three days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. You can always add a little more whipped topping to make it a little more creamy, if needed.
I do not recommend freezing. Once thawed, the fruit may become soggy and the whipped topping will lose its form and become watery.
