Easy Cranberry Fluff

This festive Easy Cranberry Fluff salad is made with fresh cranberries and is a wonderful side dish or dessert for your next holiday meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries, blended up
  • 3/4 granulated sugar
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained very well
  • 2 small apples, cored & chopped into small pieces
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 c. mini marshmallows
  • 8 oz. tub whipped topping

Instructions

  • Pour cranberries into a food processor or high speed blender, blend up until they are chopped into small pieces.
  • Place chopped cranberries into a bowl, pour sugar over and stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Drain any liquid from the cranberry sugar mixture. Add in the well drained crushed pineapple, chopped apples, chopped pecans, and mini marshmallows.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping and mix everything well.
  • Cover and chill for at least an hour or until ready to serve.
