Ingredients
12oz.bag fresh cranberries,blended up
3/4granulated sugar
20oz.can crushed pineapple,drained very well
2small apples,cored & chopped into small pieces
1c.chopped pecans
4c.mini marshmallows
8 oz.tub whipped topping
Instructions
Pour cranberries into a food processor or high speed blender, blend up until they are chopped into small pieces.
Place chopped cranberries into a bowl, pour sugar over and stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
Drain any liquid from the cranberry sugar mixture. Add in the well drained crushed pineapple, chopped apples, chopped pecans, and mini marshmallows.
Gently fold in the whipped topping and mix everything well.
Cover and chill for at least an hour or until ready to serve.
