These Gluten-Free Chicken Bacon Ranch Flautas are loaded with delicious flavors. Shredded chicken, two types of cheeses, crispy bacon pieces, and, of course, can’t forget the ranch seasoning!
Around our home, Mexican food is one of our favorite foods to eat. I guess we’re partial to Mexican foods seeing how my wife is part Mexican herself.
My wife learned how to cook authentic Mexican food by her mother who first learned how to cook Mexican food from her mother-in-law.
Even though these aren’t technically the traditional flavor flautas that come to mind, it’s a nice spin on a classic dish.
These gluten-free chicken bacon ranch flautas are more like the perfect fusion of Mexican-American.
And let’s face it, who doesn’t like bacon? Bacon makes every dish better, well, most dishes.
Furthermore, these flautas are very easy to put together. So, if you’ve got a busy weeknight and need a simple dinner, give this recipe a try!
Trust me when I say that your whole family will love these!
Making the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flautas
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Warm up the flour tortillas directly over the burner on the stove or you can place the tortillas on a skillet and warm it up that way. Feel free to use tongs if you feel more comfortable when heating over an open flame.
In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, and half packet of the Ranch seasoning.
Once combined, add in the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon. Mix everything together.
Place tortilla down and add about 2-3 tablespoons of chicken mixture down the middle of tortilla. I used 2 tablespoons and it filled it perfectly.
Roll up the tortilla and place on a greased baking sheet seem side down.
Spray the tops of flautas with cooking spray and sprinkle sea salt on them.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool for about 5 minutes before eating.
Makes 10 flautas.
These flautas also make a great appetizer. Simply cut these flautas in half and serve together with different dipping sauces.
These are perfect served while watching the big game on Sundays or at any informal get together.

You’re so right! Bacon just adds that extra yummy layer of flavor! I’ve made chicken flautas for my family forever, but never as tasty as these sound and look! I also like that you are baking them in the oven versus frying them up, which I have always done. I’ll definitely be making these, maybe even for Super Bowl!!
