This S’mores Cobbler is a scrumptious, nostalgic Summer treat! No need for any campfire or to even be outdoors, because this dessert is made in the comfort of your home and baked in the oven.
Prepare the pudding mix: Whisk dry pudding and milk together until it thickens up. Pour pudding into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
Layer: Next, layer graham cracker halves in rows over the top of pudding. There will be some small spaces between the graham crackers and that's ok. Place half of the Hershey's chocolate squares randomly over the graham crackers.
Top: Sprinkle dry cake mix completely over graham crackers and chocolate candy. Add the sliced butter all over the cake mix, trying to cover cake mix as mush as possible.
Bake: Place in oven and bake for about 22-25 minutes. Ours baked for 25 minutes and came out perfect. Keep a close eye on yours because your oven is different than ours.
Remove: Take dish out of oven and, with a spoon, stir the dry areas of cake mix in. It's ok to break up the graham crackers in the process. We want to make sure the dry cake mix mixes in and becomes moist.
Layer: Layer marshmallow halves all over cake mix and place the rest of the mini chocolate bars randomly throughout the marshmallows.
Broil: Place back in oven and broil just until marshmallows start turning a golden medium brown. About a minute or so. Please, please keep an eye on your cobbler while it's broiling, the browning happens very fast!!
