Summer is officially here! Bring on the all the delicious Summer foods and cold drinks! If you’re hitting up a BBQ this Summer you should definitely bring this super delicious Patriotic Cheesecake Dip as an appetizer. Everyone will love you for it; trust me!
The whipped cheesecake filling is light, creamy, and decadent. Then, to top it off, I added both cans of cherry and blueberry pie fillings. I tried to go for a patriotic look here. You know, red, white, and blue…I think it turned out pretty good 😉
My family likes to dip graham crackers and vanilla wafers in this dip. Obviously the graham crackers would complete this dip and make it taste more like a typical cheesecake flavor.
Sugar cookies and shortbread cookies would pair wonderfully as well. Have fun trying out different kinds of things like cookies, pretzels, brownies, or even fresh fruit with this cheesecake dip.

How to Make Delicious Patriotic Cheesecake Dip
First, make sure before using the cream cheese bricks that they’re brought to room temperature; this will make it easier to cream together with the other ingredients.
Start by beating together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme in a bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for best results.
Continue to blend as you add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Next, add in the whipped topping. Now, you can either stir by hand using a silicon spatula or continue using your hand mixer and just whip until the mixture is fully combined.
Using a silicon spatula, spread the cheesecake mixture into a cute serving bowl or dish.
Lastly, spoon the cherry pie filling on the top 1/3 of the cheesecake filling. Spoon the blueberry pie filling on the bottom 1/3 of the cheesecake filling. This will give it that “red, white, and blue look”.
NOTE: I only used about 1/2 can of each pie filling. You can keep the cans nearby because you may need to add more pie filling as needed.
You can serve this cheesecake dip immediately or cover with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
Enjoy!
