This ridiculously easy (no bake) Cherry Fluff Dessert Salad is just that…easy, quick, and the perfect complimenting side dish to any meal.
I don’t know about you, but I love a quick and easy recipe! Even more so when it doesn’t require me turning on the oven.
This cherry dessert requires minimal ingredients and can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. Seriously, like five minutes!
Most everyone loves a good “fluff” type salad. I’ve had different variations of fruit salads and trust me when I say, you’ll love this one!
It’s filled with cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple. Add to the mix, marshmallow creme, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped topping to give it that creamy texture. Then, to add a little texture and crunch, a good dose of chopped walnuts.
Like I said, its a great side dish but it’s also perfect for dessert, too!
Making Cherry Fluff Dessert Salad
In a large bowl, combine the cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple and stir to combine.
Next, add in the can of sweetened condensed milk and marshmallow creme and continue stirring until combined.
Fold in the whipped topping and chopped walnuts.
Chill in fridge for at least two hours before serving.
Makes about 16 servings.
Enjoy!

What Else Can I Add to My Dessert Salad?
Try changing out the walnuts for chopped pecans or almonds. Or, you can even omit them if you don’t want them at all. You can also add in unsweetened shredded coconut and mini marshmallows.

When I ate this ( and boy did I eat this!) I just loved biting into the cherries and the walnuts just pushed it over the top with their chewy goodness! Loved it!

Marcie what do you think I could substitute the condensed milk with? Hubby is diabetic
Marcie
Hello Pam,
You know, that’s a good question. I haven’t tried this without sweetened condensed milk. Maybe coconut cream? But even then, it wouldn’t be sweet. The condensed milk thickens and sweetens at the same time. If you do find an alternative that is beneficial for you, please write back and let me know.😁👍🏼

My mom loved Cherry Fluff dessert but made it a little different. She made it with sour cream instead of marshmallow cream. This was one of her favorite desserts . She’s no longer alive but I love the dessert also so maybe I’ll have to try your version of the recipe.
