Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 15 oz. can chili, no beans
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, we used pepper jack cheese for an extra kick
  • Diced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400° F and get ready to make this dip disappear!
  • Soften the cream cheese: Place the block of cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 20-30 seconds until it’s softened and easy to mix. Mix the creamy base: Add the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the softened cream cheese. Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy. This is the base of your dip, and it’s going to be good.
  • Assemble the dip: Spread the creamy cheese mixture evenly over the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan or similar oven-safe dish.
  • Top with chili: Open the can of chili (make sure it's the no-bean variety for the best texture), and spread it evenly over the creamy layer.
  • Add the cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the chili. This is where the magic happens—pepperjack cheese adds just the right amount of spice, but feel free to use your favorite cheese!
  • Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with diced green onions for a burst of color and flavor. Serve hot with tortilla chips, veggies, or crackers.
