The flavors of melty cheese and ham sandwiched between a sweet Hawaiian roll drizzled with a buttery brown mustard glaze is just heavenly.

- 2 dozen Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 2 8 oz. Packages thin sliced ham
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted
- 3 TBSP. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBSP. Brown mustard
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 1/2-1 TBSP. Poppy seeds
Grease 2 9x13" baking pans with cooking spray. Set aside.
Cut all 24 rolls in half and place 12 bottoms (only) in each pan. Set the tops aside for now.
Place one folded ham slice on each bottom roll. Cut each cheese slice in half so there are now 24 slices. Place each 1/2 slice of cheese on top of the ham. Place tops of rolls on each sandwich.
Next, make the butter mustard sauce and drizzle the mixture over the rolls. I actually like to brush the mixture all over the tops and sides of the sandwiches. Sprinkle tops with sesame seeds.
Cover pan with foil and chill in fridge for minimum of 1 hour before baking. This helps the butter sauce to soak in the bread better. Can also be made ahead of time and chilled overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350° F. for about 20 minutes or until cheese is nice and melted and rolls are lightly browned.
