Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. bricks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar marshmallow creme
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 8 oz. tub whipped topping
  • 1 21 oz. can cherry pie filling, used about 1/2 the can
  • 1 21 oz. can blueberry pie filling, used about 1/2 the can
  • Ideas for dipping: cookies, graham crackers, fruit, brownies, pretzels etc.

Instructions

  • Start by beating together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme in a bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for best results.
  • Continue to blend as you add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Next, add in the whipped topping. Now, you can either stir by hand using a silicon spatula or continue using your hand mixer and just whip until the mixture is fully combined.
  • Using a silicon spatula, spoon the cheesecake mixture into a cute serving bowl or dish.
  • Lastly, spoon the cherry pie filling on the top 1/3 of the cheesecake filling. Spoon the blueberry pie filling on the bottom 1/3 of the cheesecake filling. This will give it that "red, white, and blue look".
  • NOTE: I only used about 1/2 can of each pie filling. You can keep the cans nearby because you may need to add more pie filling as needed.
