These Gluten-Free Chicken Bacon Ranch Flautas are loaded with flavor. Shredded chicken, cheese, crispy bacon pieces, and can't forget the ranch seasoning!
Warm up the flour tortillas directly over the burner on the stove or you can place the tortillas on a skillet and warm it up that way. Feel free to use tongs if you feel more comfortable when heating over an open flame.
In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, and half packet of the Ranch seasoning.
Once combined, add in the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon. Mix everything together.
Place tortilla down and add about 2-3 tablespoons of chicken mixture down the middle of tortilla. I used 2 tablespoons and it filled it perfectly.
Roll up the tortilla and place on a greased baking sheet seem side down.
Spray the tops of flautas with cooking spray and sprinkle sea salt on them.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool for about 5 minutes before eating.
