Creamy Candy Cane Fudge

This Candy Cane Fudge is creamy with a subtle cooling peppermint flavor. It's such an easy candy to make and is perfect for gifting during the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes
  • red sanding sugar or sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  • Combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir frequently until mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and add in peppermint extract and crushed candy canes and stir until combined.
  • Place aluminum foil or parchment paper in an 8" or 9" baking pan. Spray the foil or paper with cooking spray and pour the chocolate mixture into pan.
  • Spread the mixture out evenly in pan. Sprinkle the top with red sanding sugar or sprinkles (optional).
  • Chill fudge for at least two hours before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
